ZBTB16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, PCNA, and TFRC. Each is linked with ZBTB16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB16-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ZBTB16-low versus ZBTB16-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
