The most reproducible ZBTB16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytoplasmic translational initiation, Positive regulation of lysosomal protein catabolic process, and Regulation of monoatomic cation transmembrane transport. Each is linked with ZBTB16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB16-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB16 results are reported.
