Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB12 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ZBTB12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SCLC show a favorable association.
SARC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZBTB12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
