ZBTB10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,823 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, RBM12B, and ZNF638. Each is linked with ZBTB10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB10-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
