Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,558 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are POP1, MRPL15, and RAD54B. Each is linked with ZBTB10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB10-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
