Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,414 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBED9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP25, WDR36, and WDR75. Each is linked with ZBED9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED9-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBED9 versus UTP25 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
