Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBED9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,685 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA catabolic process, Cytoplasmic translation, and Cytoplasmic translational initiation. Each is linked with ZBED9 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED9-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED9 results are reported.
