ZBED8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,152 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM3B, HIRIP3, and NUDCD2. Each is linked with ZBED8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED8-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
