ZBED8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,622 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYROBP, FCGR1A, and TLR8. Each is linked with ZBED8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED8-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
