Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBED8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,691 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ZBED8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED8-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED8 results are reported.
