The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ZBED6CL RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBED6CL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and BRCA show a favorable association.
ACC, LIHC, and BRCA are the cancer types where ZBED6CL RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
