Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBED6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBED6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ZBED6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBED6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM are the cancer types where ZBED6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
