ZBED5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,003 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf58, EPS15_S221, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with ZBED5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED5-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBED5 versus C11orf58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
