Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED5-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ZBED5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED5-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED5 results are reported.
