Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBED5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,680 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, Stress granule assembly, and Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with ZBED5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED5-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED5 results are reported.
