ZBED4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,964 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EP300, XRCC5, and ZBED4_S624. Each is linked with ZBED4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED4-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBED4 versus EP300 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
