Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBED4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,395 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial fusion. Each is linked with ZBED4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED4-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED4 results are reported.
