ZBED4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBED4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM213, SULT1C3, and CBY1. Each is linked with ZBED4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED4-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM213 grouped by ZBED4-low versus ZBED4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
