ZBED3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,243 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC13D, TRIM28, and MYEF2. Each is linked with ZBED3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED3-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBED3 versus UNC13D in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
