ZBED3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,952 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS23, ZNF385C, and SNHG29. Each is linked with ZBED3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED3-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBED3 versus RPS23 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
