ZBED3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2S2P7, RNA5SP412, and SMIM11P1. Each is linked with ZBED3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED3-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF2S2P7 grouped by ZBED3-low versus ZBED3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
