ZBED2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,796 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PML, RAC2, and EHD1. Each is linked with ZBED2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBED2 versus PML in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
