ZBED2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,924 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICMT, SDHB, and SLAMF9. Each is linked with ZBED2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ICMT grouped by ZBED2-low versus ZBED2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
