Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with ZBED2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED2 results are reported.
