Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBED1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,232 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Host-mediated suppression of viral genome replication, Regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, and Positive regulation of TORC2 signaling. Each is linked with ZBED1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED1-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED1 results are reported.
