ZAR1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZAR1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,980 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZAR1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with ZAR1L in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAR1L-to-partner and partner-to-ZAR1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZAR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZAR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
