ZAR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,271 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZAR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2A, UBA2, and SAE1. Each is linked with ZAR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAR1-to-partner and partner-to-ZAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZAR1 versus PRRC2A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
