Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-107P, SSTR5, and TRAJ30. Each is linked with ZAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAR1-to-partner and partner-to-ZAR1 results are reported.
