Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZADH2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZADH2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ZADH2 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZADH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZADH2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
