Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZADH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,624 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZADH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, CXXC1, and KIAA1143. Each is linked with ZADH2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZADH2-to-partner and partner-to-ZADH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZADH2 versus SMAD4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZADH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZADH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
