Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZADH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,481 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZADH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHZ1, ALDH6A1, and ATP8B1. Each is linked with ZADH2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZADH2-to-partner and partner-to-ZADH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZADH2 versus TSHZ1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZADH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZADH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
