Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZADH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZADH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-249P, RNU6-961P, and RNU2-47P. Each is linked with ZADH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZADH2-to-partner and partner-to-ZADH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-249P grouped by ZADH2-low versus ZADH2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZADH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZADH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
