Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZADH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,379 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZADH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Host-mediated perturbation of viral transcription, Host-mediated activation of viral transcription, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with ZADH2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZADH2-to-partner and partner-to-ZADH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Host-mediated perturbation of viral transcription grouped by ZADH2-low versus ZADH2-high in BREAST.
