Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZADH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZADH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNLIPRP1, HTR1E, and MYH1. Each is linked with ZADH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZADH2-to-partner and partner-to-ZADH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNLIPRP1 grouped by ZADH2-low versus ZADH2-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZADH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZADH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
