Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZACNP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZACNP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ZACNP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZACNP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, LIHC, and STAD are the cancer types where ZACNP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
