YY2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,813 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDK3, ARMCX3, and FAM122B_S50. Each is linked with YY2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YY2-to-partner and partner-to-YY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
