Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YY1AP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YY1AP1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher YY1AP1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YY1AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCS, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where YY1AP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
