YWHAZP8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAZP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,531 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAZP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPKP2, PTMAP8, and ACTBP2. Each is linked with YWHAZP8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAZP8-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAZP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAZP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAZP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
