YWHAZP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAZP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,896 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAZP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATXN1L, MEMO1P1, and YWHAZP3. Each is linked with YWHAZP10 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAZP10-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAZP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAZP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAZP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
