YWHAZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,137 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK3, YTHDF3, and OTUD6B. Each is linked with YWHAZ in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAZ-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAZ versus STK3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
