Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAZ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are Heregulin, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Notch1. Each is linked with YWHAZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAZ-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAZ results are reported.
