The most reproducible YWHAZ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to condensed chromosome, Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome, and ERBB signaling pathway. Each is linked with YWHAZ in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAZ-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAZ results are reported.
