Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YWHAQ Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YWHAQ data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher YWHAQ Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YWHAQ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where YWHAQ Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
