YWHAQ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAQ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,656 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF3C, NOL10, and DTD1. Each is linked with YWHAQ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAQ-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAQ versus KIF3C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
