Across TCGA cell cohorts, YWHAQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,660 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YWHAQ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Negative regulation of chromosome separation, and Negative regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with YWHAQ in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAQ-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAQ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by YWHAQ-low versus YWHAQ-high in PANCREAS.
