Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,870 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YWHAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO7, SIGLEC9, and HAVCR2. Each is linked with YWHAH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAH-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAH versus FBXO7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
