YWHAH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, YWHAH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,028 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITPNB, RTCB, and MYH9. Each is linked with YWHAH in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAH-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAH versus PITPNB in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
