Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,198 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YWHAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS50, PDAP1, and BCL7B. Each is linked with YWHAG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAG-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAG versus VPS50 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
