Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAG protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,612 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YWHAG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBP1, YWHAQ, and WASL. Each is linked with YWHAG in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAG-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAG versus NRBP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
