Across TCGA cell cohorts, YWHAG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,294 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with YWHAG in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAG-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAG results are reported.
